Empowering Voices: Sharing Wisdom on Dementia Care with Untangling Alzheimer’s and Dementia, an AlzAuthors Podcast

“Our mission is to break the silence and stigma surrounding one of the most prevalent diseases of our time, impacting 50 million people globally, along with their caregivers and loved ones,” says Marianne Sciucco, the podcast’s creator.

“Our podcast is one more way we serve the needs of busy caregivers who may not have time to sit and read, but can listen while on the go or attending to tasks, picking up valuable information, insight, and inspiration for their caregiving journeys.”

We feature biweekly interviews with our authors who share their stories and offer knowledge, comfort, and support to listeners. We also publish replays of our recorded virtual events and book club discussions so those unable to attend can catch up on what was shared.
Explore an array of poignant narratives across various stages and types of dementia, thoughtfully curated across different genres.  Produced and hosted by Marianne Sciucco and Christy Byrne Yates. A proud member of The Whole Care Network’s global network of care and a Featured Podcast.

Christy says, “While you can delve into these stories on our blog, immerse yourself even further by tuning in to our podcast, where authors share their journeys in greater depth.”  The thoughts and viewpoints presented in this podcast are those of the speakers and not representative of AlzAuthors. It’s advisable to seek guidance from your healthcare provider, as well as legal and financial advisors, regarding any topics discussed.
