Lance A. Slatton, CSCM, widely known across the senior care industry as “The Senior Care Influencer,” is a writer, author, media producer, and healthcare professional with more than twenty years of experience guiding families through the long-term care journey. He serves as a Senior Case Manager at Enriched Life Home Care Services in Livonia, Michigan, and is the founder and host of All Home Care Matters, the nation’s leading podcast and YouTube platform devoted to caregiving, aging, and long-term care education. In January 2026, Lance was named President of AlzAuthors, the global community of authors sharing Alzheimer’s and dementia stories “to light the way for others,” where he carries forward the legacy established by founders Marianne Sciucco, Jean Lee, and Vicki Tapia.
Lance launched All Home Care Matters in May 2020 as an extension of the work he and the team at Enriched Life Home Care Services had long provided to families throughout Southeastern Michigan. Under his leadership, the platform has grown into a multiple award-winning media ecosystem with more than 24 million YouTube views, over 100,000 subscribers, and an average of 65,000 audio downloads per episode — earning the YouTube Silver Creator Award, a distinction reserved for roughly one-half of one percent of the platform’s more than 80 million channels, along with repeated recognition from the Academy of Interactive Visual Arts and the w3 Awards.

Lance’s advocacy extends into his local community as a member of the Board of Directors for a senior center in Monroe County, Michigan, reflecting his commitment to caregiver support at the grassroots level. He has been named a “50 Under 50” honoree by the New York City Journal, Top Influencer in Healthcare and Advocacy of the Year, Top Healthcare Influencer of the Year, and Top Healthcare and Senior Care Influencer of the Year in successive years, and has served repeatedly as a juror for the Academy of Interactive Visual Arts’ Communicator Awards.
