Nine year old Marissa lives with her eighty year old grandmother whose health is beginning to fail. She discovers a swing in her backyard which transports her to another world. There she meets Oberon and friends and enjoys mischief and adventure. But when strangers Tommy and Nancy see her disappear, they have to investigate. Tommy and his mother befriend them both, but as Grammy’s condition worsens, who can help Marissa? How can she keep her discovery a secret?
